My Username and/or Password are incorrect. What should I do ?
First be sure that your license has not expired (usually 1 year).
Then you must insure that you are using the Username and Password that was sent
to you by Eset.
Then you must be sure that they are being copied exactly as given. These are
case sensitive - we suggest that you cut and paste them to ensure exact transcription.
If the problem persists, contact support.
