VBS.VBSWG.x Worm(aka HOMEPAGE)

New VBScript Internet Worm was reported in the wild on May 9, 2001. It spreads via e-mail with the word: "Homepage" in the message Subject line.

The text of the e-mail is as follows:

Hi! You've got to see this page! It's really cool ;O)

The worm is encrypted in the e-mail attachment: homepage.HTML.vbs

When an unprotected user clicks at the attachment, copies of the infiltration are subsequently sent to contacts in the address book of the infected computer thus spreading the worm via internet/networks.
